As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll lead residential retrofit and replacement projects from start to finish, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead installation crews on residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects
• Remove and install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Perform system start‑ups, safety inspections, and performance testing
• Check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks to ensure homeowner safety
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Explain system operation and completed work to homeowners
• Collect payments and complete required job documentation
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools and materials are job‑ready

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump installation
• Ability to lead and mentor installation team members
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments

• EPA 608 Certification
• Lead Installer experience
• Experience with residential retrofit projects
• Additional HVAC certifications and training
