Maintenance Technician
Job Overview:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart, etc.).
- Self‑starter with leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Perform routine and predictive maintenance
- Perform general cleaning and maintain a clean work area
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical and mechanical issues and then repair
- Strong customer service skills
- Communicate complex issues with superiors, co‑workers and customers in a professional manner
- Work safely in industrial environments
- Familiar with and utilize proper Lock‑Out/Tag‑Out safety procedures
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.
- Respond positively to requests in a timely manner
- Use hand and power tools, scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding
- Soldering and welding experience is a plus
- Maintain maintenance logs and schedules
- Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent training (basic plumbing, painting, HVAC, or construction)
- Two years electrical experience minimum
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred
- Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and/or certifications
- Valid driver’s license may be required; forklift and electric pallet jack certification may be required
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Shiftsand Compensation
Monday–Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm (schedule may vary based on event needs). $17.00–$18.00 per hour.
Additional RequirementsAdvanced English required (read, write, speak).
