Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour + spiffs

Schedule:

Full-time, year-round work with a flexible schedule. On‑call rotation required.

• 3+ years of hands‑on HVAC service experience
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
• Advanced customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification within 6 months of hire
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
