Chipseal Laborer

We have an excellent opportunity for Chipseal Laborers in our Central Idaho Division located in the Boise area!

• Perform assigned tasks on chipseal crew as directed. This may include various equipment operations and laboring
• Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties as assigned
• Communicate and listen effectively
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel
• Job requires steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking

• General knowledge of construction work
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work day shifts and night shifts (shifts may vary according to project demands)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel if the job requires
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen
