Install interior trim such as baseboards, crown molding, window casings, door casings, wainscoting, and custom millwork;
Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and composite materials using hand tools;
Operate power tools for woodworking including drills, sanders, nail guns, and routers while adhering to safety protocols;
Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks;
Assist with other carpentry-related tasks including framing, siding installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, and minor repairs as needed
