Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of trim components.;
Measure, cut, shape, and install various wood and composite materials using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and levels.;
Operate power tools for woodworking including drills, sanders, nail guns, and routers while adhering to all safety protocols.;
Install interior trim such as baseboards, crown molding, window casings, door casings, wainscoting, and custom millwork with attention to detail.;
Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
