We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, communicating clearly, and doing the right thing for every customer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems

Explain findings and repair options clearly and honestly to customers

Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and Fox quality standards

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the office

Keep your company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized

Represent Fox professionally and help us improve how we serve customersWHAT YOU'LL BRINGAt least one year of residential HVAC service experience

An active Idaho HVAC Journeyman registration or Apprentice registration with at least 2,000 documented hoursEPA Section 608 certification

Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer communication skillsA valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordA professional, dependable, team-first attitudeA commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing

Ability to meet screening requirementsWHAT FOX OFFERS $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Performance SPIF opportunities $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing a 60-day introductory period and remaining in good standing
