Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) Tool Equipment Installation & Maintenance
Install and setup equipment at customer sites.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
Conduct system upgrades and modifications as needed.
Troubleshooting & Repair
Lead complex troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
Analyze and improve system performance using advanced diagnostic techniques.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams when necessary.
Customer Support & Training
Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers on equipment operation.
Train customer personnel and colleagues (when necessary) on proper maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
Act as a technical resource for junior engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation for all customer interactions.
Provide feedback to engineering and relevant product teams on recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Engage in process improvement initiatives and implement new best practices.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in semiconductor manufacturing technology.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
Maintain a harmonious work environment and avoid creating discord.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
2. 4 to 7 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry required.
3. (1) Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support of semiconductor equipment.
(2) Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) tool (equivalent)
(3) At least 1.5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) tool (equivalent)
4. Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and systems.
5. Proficiency in interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and system manuals.
