What You'll Earn- Starting pay of $30/hour and up based on experience
- Estimated annual earnings of $60,000+ with overtime opportunities

Monday
- Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (most days) Overtime available as needed
- Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards
- Complete new system installations, changeouts, ductwork, and related HVAC installation projects
- Perform quality installations while maintaining a clean and professional work environment
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation instructions, and blueprints
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Jim's Heating & Cooling professionally
- Work with a supportive team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Previous residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Willingness to continue learning and growing within the HVAC trade
