Role Description The Landscape Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Boise,
-to-day responsibilities include performing lawn care and maintenance, assisting with sod installation, tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding, and supporting the installation of pavers, fencing, irrigation systems, and fire pits. The technician will operate landscaping tools and equipment safely, follow project plans and instructions from supervisors, and help maintain a clean and organized worksite. The role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, interacting professionally with customers, and contributing to high-quality results for both residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications

• Experience with lawn care, sod installation, and general yard maintenance; ability to use mowers, trimmers, and related equipment safely.
• Skills in tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding, or willingness to learn proper techniques under supervision.
• Familiarity with installing pavers, fencing, irrigation systems, and outdoor features such as fire pits, or experience in general construction or landscaping installs.
• Ability to follow directions, read basic project plans, and work efficiently as part of a crew with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Boise area and consistent punctuality.
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required; willingness to train the right candidate.
