Electrical Superintendent – Semiconductor / Mission‑Critical Construction

This is a high‑visibility role for a Superintendent who thrives in fast‑paced, mission‑critical work and is ready to lead complex electrical scopes with precision, safety, and strong field leadership.

• Lead, mentor, and support field teams including Foremen and General Foremen
• Ensure crews are properly staffed, resourced, and aligned with project requirements
• Interpret and manage drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and constructability issues
• Support preconstruction planning, scheduling, manpower forecasting, and procurement coordination
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction
• Coordinate daily with PMs, PXs, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors, and trade partners
• Manage electrical scopes including clean rooms, MV distribution, industrial systems, and mission‑critical infrastructure
• Contribute to large‑scale project execution with teams that may scale to 150–200 electricians at peak

• Experience leading electrical construction on large‑scale commercial, industrial, or civil projects ($50M+)
• Strong background in high‑reliability environments such as:
• Semiconductor
• Industrial manufacturing
• High‑rise or transportation infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and multi‑trade coordination
• Strong leadership in safety, manpower planning, and field execution
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence under aggressive timelines
