Boart Longyear is seeking a Surface RC Driller Assistant to support drilling crews across Idaho and surrounding states. Expect 12+ hour shifts on 14–20 day cycles with travel to remote sites and on‑the‑job training from MSHA to First Aid.
You will assist in drilling operations, sample collection, equipment preparation, and safety inductions while pursuing clear progression from Driller Assistant to Field Supervisor, with company-funded PPE and boot allowance.
