• Operatecurbmachinestopourandshapeconcretecurbs,sidewalks,andbarriersaccordingtoprojectspecifications.
• Setup,adjust,andaligncurbmachinesforpropergrade,elevation,and consistency.
• Monitorconcreteflow,ensuringcorrectmix,timing,andfinishqualityduringoperation.
• Readandinterpretblueprints,grade stakes,andsiteplanstofollowlayoutrequirements.
• OperateCDLAvehiclestotransportmaterials,equipment,andsuppliestoandfromjobsites.
• Performpre-tripandpost-trip inspections,ensuringcompliancewithDOTregulations.
• Safely load,secure,andunloadheavyequipmentandmaterials.
• Operateheavymachinery,suchasexcavators,loaders,skid steers,and backhoes,tomoveandpreparematerials.
• Usehandandpowertoolstoshovel,trowel,andfinishconcretesurfaces.
• Maintaineffectivecommunicationwithteammembers,supervisors,andclientstounderstandprojectrequirementsandcoordinatetasksaccordingly
• FollowallOSHAsafetyregulationsandcompanyprotocolstoensureasafeworkingenvironment.
• Participateinregularsafetymeetingsandtrainingsessions.

• Operatingexperiencewithconcreteslip-form equipment.
• ValidCDLAlicense(preferred) withacleandrivingrecord.
• Abilitytointerpretsitegrading,blueprints,andlocalspecificationstoadjustandachieveaccurateconcretesurfacefinishes.
• Willingnesstoperformmanuallabortasksalongsideequipmentoperatorduties.
• Strongcommitmenttosafetyprotocolsandpractices,includingknowledgeofOSHAregulationsrelatedtoconcretework.
• Effectivecommunicationwithteammembers,supervisors,andclientstounderstandprojectrequirementsandcoordinatetasksaccordingly.
• Abilitytoworkflexibleshiftsincludingday,nights,and weekends.
• Willingnesstoworkinvariousweatherconditionsandadapttodifferentprojectenvironments.
