• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and controls
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues
• Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and completed work
• Communicate clearly with property managers, facility directors, and business owners
• Identify and recommend system improvements, upgrades, or other products and services provided by Western, when appropriate

• HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent commercial experience
• 3+ years of commercial service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
• EPA Certification (required)
• Experience with rooftop units, boilers, hydronic systems, and commercial controls
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
