HVAC Service Specialist

Boise, Idaho | Full Time

$25-$35 per hour DOE + SPIFs

Overtime and after-hours pay at time-and-a-half

$1,000 sign-on bonus available

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, communicating clearly, and doing the right thing for every customer.

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
• Explain findings and repair options clearly and honestly to customers
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and Fox quality standards
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the office
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Represent Fox professionally and help us improve how we serve customers

• At least one year of residential HVAC service experience
• An active Idaho HVAC Journeyman registration or Apprentice registration with at least 2,000 documented hours
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer communication skills
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• A professional, dependable, team-first attitude
• A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing
• Ability to meet screening requirements

• $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience
• Performance SPIF opportunities
• $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing a 60-day introductory period and remaining in good standing
