Renuity seeks a 1099 Master Plumber to support high-quality bathroom, window, door, and whole-home renovation projects. In this role, you will lead residential plumbing installations, diagnose and repair complex issues, and ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards. You'll read plans, coordinate with installers and project managers, and communicate clearly with homeowners to deliver a seamless experience. Ideal candidates have extensive residential plumbing and remodeling experience, strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and the professionalism to represent a national home renovation brand on every job.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of residential plumbing systems for bath, window, door, and full-home remodel projects
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, ensuring code compliance and safety standards
- Read blueprints and collaborate with project managers and installers for seamless project execution
- Estimate materials, labor, and timelines for 1099 projects and manage job documentation
- Perform quality checks, testing, and final inspections to ensure high workmanship standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining scope, findings, and recommended solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe, professional condition
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and company safety policies
- Mentor junior plumbers and subcontractors on best practices and job standards
- Coordinate schedules with operations and customer service teams to meet deadlines
