Window Cleaning Technician

Blue Gander Window Cleaning is hiring a Window Cleaning Technician in Boise, , with starting pay of $18 per hour PLUS TIPS and most team members earning $19 to $22 per hour within a few months, plus tips, productivity bonuses, and seasonal incentives. You will work daytime weekday routes cleaning windows, gutters, and exteriors across the Treasure Valley, with holiday lighting installation added October through December.

• Clean windows on residential and commercial properties throughout the Boise area.
• Clean gutters and pressure wash exteriors as part of regular service routes.
• Install holiday lighting from October through December.
• Use a smartphone for job tracking, communication, and basic reporting.
• Take care of tools, trucks, and equipment so the next job starts smoothly.

• Starting pay of $18 per hour, with most team members reaching $19 to $22 per hour within a few months, plus tips and productivity bonuses.
• Monday to Friday daytime schedule, starting at 7 AM and wrapping up between 3 and 4 PM, with optional weekend shifts available.
