What You'll Be Doing:- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, masking, caulking, and priming
- Paint residential and commercial properties
- Apply high-quality finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Work independently or alongside a professional crew
- Painting experience preferred (we're willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude)
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors when needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full-time, consistent hours
