Art of the Earth Full-Time Boise, IDEntry-level crew position installing and maintaining commercial landscapes across the Treasure Valley. No experience required — if you show up and work hard, we will teach you the trade.
Apply for this position## What You'll Do* ✓Install sod, plantings, trees, and shrubs* ✓Dig and set irrigation lines, heads, and drainage* ✓Spread soil, bark, and rock by wheelbarrow and by hand* ✓Set pavers, edging, and retaining wall block* ✓Grade and prep sites ahead of install* ✓Keep the site, tools, and trailers clean and loaded## What We're Looking For* ✓No experience necessary — we train the right person* ✓Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance* ✓Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet all day* ✓Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and early starts* ✓Willing to take direction and learn on a fast-moving crew* ✓Valid driver's license preferred
