Cox Fleet is offering a paid five-week Academy training pathway to become a Mobile Trailer Technician. Trainees will receive travel and lodging support and a paid stipend while learning the fundamentals of trailer repair at Cox Fleet’s Academy Campus.
After classroom training, trainees are paired with a Lead Technician for hands-on experience and may transition into a full-time Mobile Trailer Technician in their market, with ongoing training and potential raises.
