HVAC Experienced Service Technician Pay:
Starting at $23 per hour, Dependent on Experience, hourly pay and performance incentives

What You'll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships

Accurately and properly document service calls and complete job tickets

Perform system tune-ups and safety inspections

Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Make recommendations for additional services and products Western offers, when appropriate

What We're Looking For:

HVAC Journeyman, HVAC apprentice or equivalent experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsEPA Certification Valid driver's license

Excellent communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship2+ years of experience

Tuition reimbursement5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening
