Quadient is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, service, and upgrade equipment at customer locations, diagnosing issues and ensuring optimal operation of hardware and embedded software. You will train customers, configure components, and perform routine maintenance while traveling to sites as needed.
You will work directly with the Field Service Manager to diagnose problems, keep clients informed, and provide technical recommendations.
