As a Recreation Specialist for the Hays House residential facility, you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by coordinating and implementing therapeutic recreational activities.

• Identify recreational interests for each youth and develop the recreational section of the Service/Treatment Plan.
• Create, develop, and schedule recreation, large muscle activities (LMA), and service learning opportunities that are sensitive and inclusive of individual youth needs, limitations, and restrictions.
• Develop community relationships for recreation and service learning opportunities.
• Provide care and supervision to youth residents.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid Idaho driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
