The Idaho Health & Welfare’s Continuum Care Bureau is hiring a Family Support Clinician (FSCs) for our Boise Westgateoffice. FSCs are an essential component of the Continuum Care Bureau's mission: ensuring that youth receive the right level of care, the appropriate treatment, and the necessary duration of support. FSCs provide clinical support and psychoeducation to birth, foster, post adoption, other caregivers, aiming to stabilize youth within their communities, prevent placement disruptions, and assist with healthy Continuum Care transitions during discharge.
Through immediate intervention and therapeutic strategies, FSCs work to prevent youth from entering the foster care system by maintaining stability within their home environments and ensuring continuity of care. Some travel may be requested.
