Stepping Stone Projects in Preston is seeking a compassionate and resilient Supported Housing Worker for Lancashire Dispersed Housing. The role is 18.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with hours to be discussed at interview.
You will work with young people aged 16–25, many with complex needs, delivering tailored support, managing tenancies, and promoting safe, stable homes. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required or willing to obtain.
