Role Description The Residential Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boise, , responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of residential mental health settings affiliated with Stability Mental Health. This role includes supervising residential staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that residents receive safe, supportive, and person-centered care aligned with the organization’s values. The Residential Manager monitors facility needs, manages budgets related to residential services, and maintains compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
They collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to support care plans, handle resident concerns, and foster a positive, therapeutic living environment. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, maintaining clear documentation, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve residential services and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with residents, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated People Management skills, such as staff supervision, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Experience or familiarity with Residential Real Estate or residential facility operations, including basic property oversight and safety standards.
- Budgeting skills to manage residential program expenses, track costs, and support financial sustainability.
- Training skills to onboard, coach, and develop residential staff in policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience in a residential, behavioral health, or social services setting is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health, trauma-informed care, or supportive housing principles is beneficial.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Boise, collaborate effectively with diverse residents and team members.
- Relevant education or certification in social services, behavioral health, management, or related fields is an asset.
