Lead iOS Developer

We're a lean, passionate team building something that actually helps people feel seen and understood—and now we’re looking for a Lead iOS Developer to help us scale, experiment boldly, and bring smoother love stories to life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and evolution of our iOS app;
• Be 80% hands-on, 20% team guiding, mentoring, and code reviewing;
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
• Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and ship new features;
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
• Keep codebase clean, efficient, and ready to scale.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, UIKit etc;
• Expertise in Swift & Swift UI, good knowledge of ObjC;
• Familiarity with RESTful API's to connect iOS applications to back-end services;
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning;
• Experience implementing automated testing for iOS;
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards;
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications;
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization;
• Experience in management teams;
