AI Engineer
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive high‑value AI and automation opportunities across Product Engineering workflows
- Design, prototype, and scale AI‑powered and agent‑based solutions from concept through deployment
- Lead and contribute to cross‑functional AI initiatives with a focus on quality, scalability, and sustainability
- Mentor and enable teams to build AI fluency and adopt human‑in‑the‑loop workflows
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and prioritization frameworks for AI investments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or memory technologies (DRAM, NAND)
- Experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions in production environments and a genuine interest and ability to teach, mentor, and grow AI capability across teams
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to influence and partner effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
- Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience building or working with agent‑based teams or systems
- Advanced experience with Claude Code
- Demonstrated success mentoring or teaching AI concepts to engineering teams
- Strong curiosity for emerging AI, automation, and workflow technologies
