Passionate about building secure and high-performance infrastructure, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop, test, and maintain fault-tolerant GraphQL runtime platforms primarily in Rust, while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
Key responsibilities- Build and maintain secure, high-performance infrastructure for GraphQL runtime platforms
- Engage with users to understand their needs and influence platform evolution through feedback
- Lead architectural discussions and mentor teammates in writing idiomatic Rust code
- Experience with Rust and writing performant, maintainable code
- Expertise in systems engineering, including knowledge of stateless and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on positively influencing cross-team efforts
- Passion for GraphQL and modern developer tooling
- Growth mindset with a desire to stay current with industry trends
