High Level seeks a Staff Engineer for the Users team to anchor identity, access, auditing, and security foundations across our multi‑tenant SaaS platform. This role focuses on building correct, resilient systems, enabling other teams to move fast without compromising trust.
You’ll collaborate with EMs, Product, and engineers to design core primitives such as users, roles, permissions, tokens, and tenant isolation at scale, shaping secure-by-default APIs for internal and external use.
