What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop exceptional engineering teams. You’ll coach, mentor, and develop a team of approximately eight engineers, creating an environment where people thrive and deliver their best work.
  • Partner closely with product and business leaders. You’ll work alongside Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize work, remove obstacles, and ensure engineering efforts align with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Drive engineering excellence. You’ll establish and reinforce high standards for software quality, technical decision‑making, and team performance while creating an environment where engineers are empowered to execute.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships. You’ll serve as the bridge between engineering, product, and business teams, translating technical concepts into clear business language and helping stakeholders make informed decisions.

Who you are

  • Excellent communicator. You build strong relationships across technical and non‑technical teams and communicate clearly to engineers, executives, product managers, and customers.
  • Ownership‑minded. You hold yourself and your teams to a high standard, take responsibility for outcomes, proactively remove obstacles, and keep quality and accountability central to everything your team delivers.
