Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff-level Backend Engineer to build production services for a context layer management system and to design scalable SaaS foundations. You will own ingestion, indexing, retrieval APIs, and agent-facing integrations, working across product and infrastructure to balance speed and long-term reliability.
You’ll operate what you build with metrics, logs, and dashboards, contribute to architecture, and drive adoption of observability tools.
