Chryselys seeks a Senior RAG - Document AI Engineer to design, build and operate Python/FastAPI microservices that convert heterogeneous enterprise documents into accurate, cited answers. You will own retrieval quality and the evidence for it.
Responsibilities include building document processing pipelines, chunking strategies, LLM-based metadata extraction, and a robust retrieval stack with cross-encoder reranking and citations. You’ll ensure production readiness and monitor system health.
