School of Soccer is Boise’s most popular early childhood soccer program. We specialize in non-competitive, imagination-based soccer activities that help children develop motor skills, build confidence, and form healthy habits — all while having FUN.
As a fast-growing, year-round youth sports organization, we reach thousands of children each week across the Treasure Valley. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth.
We’re currently hiring Youth Soccer Instructors to join our energetic and dedicated team. In this role, you’ll lead or assist classes for children ages 2–11 and help /coach games for children ages 5-11, traveling to schools, parks, and indoor facilities, and becoming a trusted part of the School of Soccer community.
Responsibilities include:- Assist/Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structured, and fun manner.
- Be the face and front line of School of Soccer in each class by interacting with children, parents and coaches.
- Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions.
- Show up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared.
- Equipment set-up and break-down.
- /or Coach Soccer Games.
- Assist in distribution of uniforms.
- Other duties covered by Management.
Must be able and willing to travel up to 20 minutes one way to class locations. Availability must include one or more of the following: weekday mornings (9:00 am–12:00 pm), weekday afternoons (4:00–7:15 pm), or Saturday mornings (8:45 am–3:15 pm). Prior experience working with children is preferred and soccer knowledge is a plus. Candidates should be energetic, reliable, patient, outgoing, and open to feedback.
