Delivery Driver - Boise

Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $25.15 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hörmann is currently seeking a Delivery Driver for our Boise Sales Center location. This role will primarily focus on delivering orders to our most valued and high-volume customers. This will consist of interacting with customers on location and unloading materials. When not on deliveries, this position will work in the warehouse with the shipping and receiving team. As a driver you will be asked to run local deliveries and occasionally out of state and/or overnight trips.

This position will work Monday through Friday, primarily during daytime hours, with weekends off and occasional overtime.

Duties of this position:

• Drive company truck to deliver material
• Interact with our customers and their teams on site
• Pull product to fill orders
• Unload and load freight onto trucks and/or trailers
• Receives shipments and verifies receipt of each item
• Hand lift and carry garage door sections
• Ensure the product is stored in the correct location
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack
• Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups

Education, job skills and experience needed to be successful in this position:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record and history
• Lift 50-75 pounds safely throughout the workday.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
