Windstar Lines is actively hiring CDL bus drivers in Boise, Idaho for full time and part time shuttle driving positions. We are seeking safe, professional drivers with a Class B or higher CDL and Passenger and Air Brake endorsements, offering 6, 7, 8, and 10 hour shifts available Monday through Saturday across all hours.

In November 2025, Windstar was selected to provide shuttle service for one of the largest construction sites in the Boise area, creating consistent and reliable bus driver job opportunities.

This project currently serves more than 2,000 workers per day, transporting crews from designated parking areas to their assigned work locations. As construction continues, the site is expected to grow to 7,000 contractors on site daily, making this one of the most significant shuttle operations in the region.

Windstar currently operates 20 or more buses on site, running Monday through Saturday, 24 hours a day, with plans to scale operations to up to 50 buses daily. Drivers operate double door transit style buses designed for efficient, high volume passenger loading and unloading.
