Junk Removal and Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Boise,

Pay Range: average $23.80/hr total compensation

Objective: As a Driver Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. No experience? No problem – we provide comprehensive training!

• Drive and Load Trucks Safely:
  Work with team members to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
• Handle Junk Removal:
  Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
• Sales Advocacy:
  Represent our brand professionally, provide accurate estimates to customers, and participate in daily recorded role‑play scenarios to support ongoing training and performance improvement.

  Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
