• Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with our unique lift mechanism to load and unload containers in residential and business settings.
• Complete local deliveries and pickups while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to keep your rig and yourself safe and keep truck cab and equipment clean and inspection‑ready.
• Use company‑provided handheld devices for navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication.
• Act as our brand ambassador. Answer questions, solve placement puzzles, and ensure every container is clean and presentable.
• When you aren't on the road, help with storage center functions, forklift operation, and light container maintenance to keep the operation humming.

• The Credentials: A valid CDL license, high school diploma (or equivalent), must be at least 21 years old, and possess (or be able to obtain) a DOT Medical Card.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 months of professional driving experience.
• A Clean Slate:
  Zero‑incident mindset with no moving violations in the past three years.
• Spatial Mastery:
  Strong sense of spatial relations—able to park a vehicle and navigate tight residential spaces with ease.
• Physical Stamina:
  Comfortable climbing in and out of the cab with three points of contact, operating a forklift, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. or applying up to 40 lbs. of pressure for equipment operation. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Customer Focused:
  Understand customer needs and prioritize service excellence.
• Communication & Logic:
  Strong basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

• Home Daily:
  No over‑the‑road (OTR) requirements; stay within your local territory.

• Base Pay: $24.50 - $25.00 per hour.
• Overtime:
