Job Posting TitleForklift Driver, Operations-M-F Days – Full Time.
Position SummaryThe Forklift Operator is responsible for operating power industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator ensures safe and efficient vehicle operation, performs Order Filler and Checker duties, and accurately stores, ships, and receives product to meet company safety, security, and productivity standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receiving/Put-Away- Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Input data accurately into WMS.
- Efficiently stack and store product in appropriate area.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Pull and prepare for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
- Prepare freight for operations accurately and timely.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Report quality variances.
- Efficiently move product from staging or storage to production lines and docks.
- Attach proper documentation to freight.
- Keep records and reports to maintain tight inventory control and security.
- Assist in physical inventories and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
- Comply with SOPs, corporate and site policies, safety rules, and OSHA/MSDS Standards.
- Participate in safety meetings.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product using forklift, clamp truck, drum attachment, or other power equipment.
- Maintain equipment and materials orderly and clean.
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
- Operate all equipment safely following prescribed methods.
- Maintain active forklift certification.
- Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Change forklift fuel tanks as needed, assist in physical inventories, label, sort, wrap, pack, repack as required.
- Repair pallets, trailers, truck bays as requested.
- Help maintain facility for a clean, safe environment.
- Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months experience in a logistics, distribution, or related environment.
- Ability to operate MHE.
- Clean background and drug screen required.
- Completion of a forklift training program.
- Basic computer skills, RF scanners, WMS functions.
- English reading, writing, verbal.
- Basic to intermediate math skills for inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail, perform duties with minimal supervision, adapt to change.
- 1-2 years' experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- 1-2 years forklift experience.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
Job requires lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, climbing, walking, lifting/carrying 10‑100 lbs, pushing/pulling 10‑100 lbs, and other physical tasks described in the original job posting.

CompensationBase pay range $16.81–$21.50 hourly. Compensation determined based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
