Shaw Industries is seeking a Driver Spotter 2nd Shift (Plant L3) to safely and efficiently move trailers within Plant L3 in Dalton, GA. A valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record are mandatory, along with meeting DOT requirements. The role operates Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM on a non-rotating 8‑hour shift.
Salary is paid hourly at approximately $25.66 per hour, with a Driver Safety Incentive program. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dalton, GA.
