Full Time – Dedicated Account. Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 6 months verifiable experience run a dedicated route in the Northwest. Drivers are paid an hourly rate that includes overtime. Drivers are home weekly; weekend service is not guaranteed but may be available based on seniority. Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k)) begin after 60 days of employment.

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,100–$2,500
• Handles 2–4 loads per week, averaging 6–8 stops per load
• 34‑hour reset weekly at home to maintain work‑life balance (weekend service not guaranteed)
• Lane runs: WA to OR, , and Western MT
• All dry‑van “touch‑freight” – unloads boxes onto conveyors for store personnel
• Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)) begin after 60 days

Drivers are responsible for unloading boxes from the trailer but are not accountable for placing inventory on shelves.

• POSITION IS ONLY OPEN TO DRIVERS THAT LIVE WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE FOLLOWING CITIES:
• Portland, OR
• Seattle, WA
• Yakima, WA

• Drivers must have never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test – no SAP drivers
• Trucks can be taken home if a secure parking location is available
• Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) available after 60 days

• Minimum 21 years of age
• 6 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
• No serious moving violations (careless/reckless driving, leaving the scene, etc.)
• Clean record regarding drug or alcohol tests in a commercial vehicle
• No DOT major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• Updated DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining by orientation date
