Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

As a Dispatcher, you ll coordinate route sequencing, keep drivers informed of changes in real time, and serve as a first point of contact for customers and team members alike. This role suits candidates with prior dispatch experience as well as motivated new applicants ready to learn a fast-paced, team-oriented operation.

Responsibilities

• Sequence and dispatch routes to keep drivers on schedule
• Communicate route changes to drivers in real time
• Check drivers in and out to support a positive start and route completion
• Answer phones and greet incoming employees
• Answer customer calls and provide first level service
• Provide administrative support for special projects and other tasks as assigned
• Work with the team to ensure accurate information and superior customer service
• Communicate clearly with team members in person and by phone

Schedule

This position works Monday through Friday, with start times between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Additional hours may be needed based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dispatch experience preferred; motivated candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations required
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while positively motivating, coaching, and communicating clear instructions to others
