We are seeking a reliable and driven Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment used by field technicians and installation teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate inventory and an organized warehouse.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize, label, and stock materials, parts, and equipment in designated warehouse locations.
- Pull and stage materials for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service and installation teams.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and company vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular inventory audits.
- Track materials used and support inventory management processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).
- Assist with deliveries or material pickups when necessary.
- Follow company safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- 0–3 years of warehouse, construction supply, or material handling experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Frequent lifting, moving, and handling of heavy items throughout the day.
- Ability to climb in and out of box trucks and access materials at varying heights.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Work performed in a warehouse and outdoor environment, including exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
