We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage physical asset records, receive materials, and maintain accurate stock levels. This role operates in an agile, collaborative environment and perfectly blends digital data tracking with hands‑on warehouse operations.
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Daily) | Requires up to 20% local travel in the Boise / Treasure Valley market
Interview Process: Webcam Only (Fast-track process)
Core Skills & Responsibilities Primary Requirements (Must-Haves)- Advanced Data Entry: Tracking assets and keeping Microsoft Excel sheets 100% up to date.
- Physical Capability: Must be safely able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with procurement and internal departments.
- Inventory Control: 1+ years managing inventory principles, practices, and asset tracking.
- Warehouse Operations: Experience with receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments.
- Auditing: Conducting physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and resolving data discrepancies.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Some prior inventory or warehouse experience is highly preferred.
