Warehouse worker

Position Summary

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery set‑up. Forklift experience is a plus.

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place them in an appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary.
• Maintain inventory controls, minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish, maintain, and promote high standards of customer service.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
• Think independently and solve problems.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience or more preferred.

• Display trust and integrity, embody servant leadership.
• Work independently and on a team; lead, execute, delegate, and collaborate as needed.
• Build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Champion an inclusive working environment, valuing diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

• Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Wear protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
• Move frequently inside the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse machinery.
• Communicate with team and management, exchanging accurate information.
• Work in various weather conditions and temperatures.

• Problem‑solve and prioritize tasks.
• Manage stress, multitask, receive information, and quickly communicate solutions.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.
