Order Selector Lead

Job Overview

Warehouse Order Selector Lead – Boise,  role is responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, unloading trucks, and directing team workflow.

• Check built loads for accuracy, load trucks, and unload trucks.
• Load route trucks and semi‑trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks.
• Direct daily workflow of a team.

• Full‑time
• Monday–Friday
• 5:00 AM – finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for entire duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to overhead throughout shift.
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.

• Pay starting at $21.38 per hour, increasing to $22.52 per hour after 6 months.
