Returns Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Returns Clerk to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing Returns from Customers. Returned Material Authorization product with the proper documentation must be checked for accuracy before being returned to stock or returned to customer or returned to our vendor. Maintain proper KPI for assistance in management of the RMA area.

This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of returns from our customers.

• Use SAP RF scanners/Computer to inbound products into inventory
• Verify product Item quantity and quality i.e. Expiry dates
• Ensure items prepared for Put away
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift certification is an asset

• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• May require overtime or weekend shifts depending on business needs

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
