Inventory Specialist – Boise,

Full‑time position with a competitive hourly rate of $60.00.

The Inventory Specialist manages inventory and asset records, receives and distributes materials, conducts inventory audits, maintains accurate stock levels, and ensures organizational resources are adequately stocked and tracked.

• Knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
• Knowledge of inventory control software and inventory reporting tools.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
