Warehouse Associate

An Electrical Supply Distributor is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Boise, ! The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day is different. Responsibilities will include working in warehouse, moving merchandise, receiving & unloading trucks, picking orders, cleanup of work area, as well as shipping by UPS & LTL daily. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and deliveries Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and inventory system experience is a plus Forklift certification is a plus but not required
