Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Bolingbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional front desk and client interaction services while supporting our veterinary team with various administrative and office tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for client education and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries.
  • Perform administrative and office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
  • Support the veterinary team by coordinating appointments, managing patient flow, and assisting with client communications.
  • Provide client education by explaining clinic policies, procedures, and basic pet care information.
  • Deliver excellent customer care by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Required Skills
  • Strong front desk and client interaction abilities.
  • Proficient in administrative and office tasks including scheduling and record keeping.
  • Experience supporting veterinary or medical teams is preferred.
